Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Precy. By using Precy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Precy.
End User Agreement and License (EUAL)
Precy grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or create derivative works from Precy except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Apple is not responsible for Precy, user content, maintenance, support, claims, or third-party claims related to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EUAL and may enforce it against you.
User Content
Precy may allow you to create, submit, display, report, or interact with wishes, photos, blessings, profile information, and other user-generated content. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it.
You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Precy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, moderate, remove, and process your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the app.
UGC Rules
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, graphic, invasive of privacy, infringing, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise objectionable.
- Do not encourage self-harm, violence, illegal activity, or targeted abuse.
- Do not upload content that contains another person's private information without permission.
- Do not misuse reporting, purchasing, support, moderation, or safety systems.
Zero Tolerance Content
Under this EUAL, Precy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend features, or delete accounts when content or conduct violates these Terms, App Store requirements, law, or user safety standards.
Reporting and Moderation
Users can report content that may violate these Terms. Reported content is reviewed and handled within 24 hours. Actions may include content removal, account restriction, account deletion, or other steps we believe are appropriate.

Purchases
Precy may offer in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds, billing, and payment issues are handled according to Apple's policies. Purchased items may be used only within Precy and have no cash value unless required by law.
Account and Access
You are responsible for your use of Precy and for keeping your device and account access secure. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time where permitted by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use Precy.
Disclaimers
Precy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet every expectation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Precy if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the app, or where required for legal, safety, or operational reasons. You may stop using Precy at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date shows when the latest version was posted. Continued use of Precy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
